GRADUATE DESIGN ENGINEER

As a consequence of continued success we are looking for a creative, degree qualified Mechanical Engineer (2.1 or above) with 2-3 years’ experience or an exceptional graduate who enjoys conceptual design and has good analytical skills and experience of CAD, preferably Siemens NX.

The job will require you to advance the design of new products including:

• Assessing Cost and Manufacturing Feasibility
• Preparing Concept Designs
• Preparing Scheme Designs
• Producing Detail Drawings for Manufacture
• Liaising with Suppliers

This position offers a real challenge to get it right first time and see your designs progress through to manufacture. A background in the Automotive Sector would be of help, although your creativity and determination to succeed are more important factors.

GRADUATE ENGINEERS FOR DRIVING ROBOT DESIGN AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We are also looking for two exceptional graduate engineers to join our robot design and project management teams. Successful candidates will have a 2:1 or better degree from a leading university with a good mathematical understanding of the fundamentals of engineering. Additional expertise in one or more of the following disciplines will be required: electronics, control, mechanics, embedded computing, vehicle dynamics. We also expect our engineers to have the practical skills to use workshop tools. A general background interest in vehicles and vehicle technology will be an advantage. The roles require international travel to client facilities and driving vehicles on test tracks.

The remuneration package is negotiable and includes a bonus scheme and life insurance.
