GRADUATE DESIGN ENGINEER
As a consequence of continued success we are looking for a creative, degree qualified Mechanical Engineer (2.1 or above) with 2-3 years experience or an exceptional graduate who enjoys conceptual design and has good analytical skills and experience of CAD, preferably Siemens NX.
The job will require you to advance the design of new products including:
Assessing Cost and Manufacturing Feasibility
Preparing Concept Designs
Preparing Scheme Designs
Producing Detail Drawings for Manufacture
Liaising with Suppliers
This position offers a real challenge to get it right first time and see your designs progress through to manufacture. A background in the Automotive Sector would be of help, although your creativity and determination to succeed are more important factors.
